Everything you need to know before your project gets rolling.

PAYMENTS

Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required before any design, printing, or production begins.

  • Your deposit reserves your project on our production schedule.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of installation or pickup, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

  • Projects must be paid in full before they are released.

Excepted Payments

  • Visa • Mastercard • AmEx • Discover • Cash • Business Checks (approved) • Apple Pay • Google Pay • ACH • Online Payments

Estimates

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • Material price increases or project changes after that time may require an updated estimate.

Late Payments

  • Outstanding balances may delay production, installation, or release of completed work.

Production & Refunds

  • Materials that have been ordered, printed, or produced are non-refundable.

DESIGN

Design Proofs

  • Every project includes a digital proof for your review and approval before production begins.

Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions are included with your design.

  • Significant design changes or requests may incur additional design charges.

Final Approval

  • Production will not begin until written approval has been received.

  • Once artwork has been approved, Red Dirt Graphics is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect grammar, phone numbers, websites, sizing, or design choices that were approved by the customer.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

  • Customer-provided artwork should be high-resolution or vector format whenever possible.

  • Artwork that requires extensive recreation or cleanup may incur additional design fees.

  • Customer-supplied artwork is used at the client's own risk. Red Dirt Graphics is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly prepared files.

Ownership

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom artwork and design files remain the property of Red Dirt Graphics. Final printed products belong to the customer, but editable source files are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.

PRODUCTION

Turnaround Times

  • Production times vary depending on project complexity, approvals, and materials availability.

  • Turnaround estimates begin after your design has been approved and your deposit has been received.

Material Availability

  • Occasionally manufacturers experience delays or discontinued materials.

  • If this occurs, we will discuss available alternatives before moving forward with production.

Color Matching

  • We make every effort to accurately reproduce colors.

  • Slight color variations between printed graphics, monitors, and previously printed materials are considered normal.

  • Specific color matching (Pantone, brand colors, or custom color matching) may require additional design time, print testing, and material calibration. An additional fee may apply for those services

  • If exact color accuracy is critical, please let us know before production begins so we can discuss options.

Production Changes

  • Once a project has entered production, changes may not be possible.

  • If changes can accommodated, additional material, labor, and design charges may apply.

SCHEDULING

Scheduling Your Project

  • Installation dates are reserved once your deposit has been received.

  • Installation dates are based on timely approval of artwork. Delays may require rescheduling your installation.

Appointment Times

  • Please arrive on time for your schedule appointment.

  • Late arrivals may require rescheduling.

Rescheduling

  • We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

  • Last-minute cancellations may delay your project.

VEHICLE PREP

Clean Vehciles

  • Vehicles must be washed prior to installation.

  • Excessively dirty vehicles may require additional charges or rescheduling.

Personal Items

  • Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.

Vehicle Damage

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any paint damage, body repairs, or aftermarket accessories that may affect installation.

  • Wrap vinyl adheres best to properly cured factory paint or professionally refinished surfaces.

  • We cannot guarantee adhesion on:

    • Damaged paint​

    • Peeling cleat coat

    • Rust

    • Oxidized paint

    • Improper repainting

    • Poor body repairs

  • If paint or clear coat fails during installation or removal, Red Dirt Graphics cannot be held responsible.​

  • Vinyl will not properly adhere to ceramic coatings, waxes, or other paint protection products. These must be removed prior to installation.

INSTALLATION &  WRAP EXPECTATIONS

Every Wrap is Custom

  • Every vehicle is different, and every wrap is custom designed and professionally installed to fit your specific vehicle.

Installation Times

  • Partial wraps are typically completed in 1-2 business days.

  • Full wraps generally require up to 5 business days.

  • Occasionally, additional time may be needed to ensure the highest quality installation

  • Installation schedules are estimates and may be adjusted if unforeseen issues are discovered during installation.

Design vs. Reality

  • Because vehicles are three-dimensional, graphics may shift slightly around body lines, handles, moldings, and other contours to achieve the best overall appearance.

  • During installation, our installers may make minor adjustments to improve alignment, readability, and overall appearance.

Seams & Panel Alignment

  • Vehicle wraps are produced using large printed panels of vinyl. Small seams (approximately ½–1 inch overlap) where panels meet are a normal part of the installation process.

  • On complex designs, slight variations in graphics alignment may occur due to vehicle curves and contours.

Tight Curves & Deep Channels

  • Some vehicles have extreme curves, deep channels, mirrors, bumpers, or recessed areas where vinyl cannot fully conform. In these locations, small amounts of the original vehicle color may remain visible.

  • These areas are discussed during the design process and are considered normal for professionally installed wraps.

Pickup

  • Customers will be notified as soon as their project is complete.

  • Please arrange pickup promptly unless other arrangements have been made.

Post-Installation Care

  • Follow all provided care instructions to maximize the life of your graphics.

  • Do not pressure wash edges or seams, and avoid automatic car washes with brushes whenever possible.

  • Avoid washing your vehicle for the recommended period after installation.

Existing Vinyl & Graphics

  • Existing graphics may require additional labor to remove.

  • Vinyl removal can occasionally reveal paint damage or fading that existed prior to installation.

  • Red Dirt Graphics cannot guarantee paint condition beneath existing vinyl.

WARRANTY

Installation Warranty

  • We stand behind our workmanship and installation with a 1-year installation warranty on qualifying projects.

  • We only warranty graphics designed, printed, and installed by Red Dirt Graphics.

  • Same-day installations and rush projects are not eligible for our standard warranty due to limited production and curing time.

Material Warranty

  • Vinyl installed by Red Dirt Graphics on properly prepared OEM or professionally refinished paint is warrantied against adhesive failure and image quality for up to one year.

  • Window perforated graphics are warrantied for six months.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to the vinyl and laminate materials only and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Wrap Removal

  • Wrap removal may expose existing paint damage, previous body repairs, or weak paint adhesion.

  • Red Dirt Graphics is not responsible for damage caused by failing paint or previous reapirs during removal.

  • Vinyl removal may reveal paint fading or "ghosting" where surrounding paint has weathered differently over time.

Warranty Limitations

  • Our warranty applies to graphics:

    • Designed by Red Dirt Graphics​

    • Printed by Red Dirt Graphics

    • Installed by Red Dirt Graphics

    • We cannot warranty customer-supplied materials or graphics installed by others.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Not Covered:

    • Paint Failure • Existing Body Damage • Improper Wrap Maintenance • Abuse or Accidents • Pressure Washing • Automatic Brush Car Washes • Damage Caused by Chemicals or Solvents

  • Vehicles Not Covered

    • RVs • Buses • Aircraft • Trains • Custom Built Vehicles • Vehicles with OEM paint older than five years.
